As most anybody can see, I have curiously F-ed up my blog layout. How I did it, I'm not sure. All I know is that I'm too busy to fix it for the time being.

Dip dyed hair

I know the second video isn’t dip dyed hair and actually features hair extensions but I couldn’t help myself. It was just so pretty! Anyway, I digress. Listed below are reasons why I am going to dip dye my hair:
• I haven’t done anything crazy to my hair since I decided to get an asymmetrical do that started with an undercut on the left to a chin length bob on the right. Favourite haircut yet. Wish I had photos from this time in my life but, alas, I don’t.

• I haven’t dyed my hair in about almost a decade. The last time I dyed my hair, I was probably fourteen and my mother gave me these sweet understated highlights at her hair salon but I never bothered to get them done again.

•I’m bored and my hair is out of shape and getting my hair dyed means getting a haircut! Nope. I take that back. My hair isn’t out of shape. My hair is round. Round is a shape. But I’m still cutting and dying my hair.

• Reason number four is because I figured it’d be fun to do a dip dye video to kickstart this blog!
So if anybody is reading this yet – no, Your Native Heart is still more or less a blank slate (because I’m working hard on Treehaus and at Corgi!) but I estimate it to be up by the beginning of April!

Ay and I at our booth

Note the creepy painting on the right that is missing on the left image. That's because I took it down for the photo. It creeped me out too much.

Anyhow, the market was great! We had heaps of fun and came home with lots of goodies! Well, I came home with three vintage children’s books and a handful of business cards. Treehaus is looking good, and the market has only made us more ambitious. And the support? Unbelievable.

Yep, girl's gonna make a sticker clutch!

Treehaus

I know this blog isn't exactly set up or anything just yet but I've got to put these images somewhere. Here are some stuff I've been working on for Treehaus. The chain link bracelet was originally something Ay made but I took it apart with my meddlesome fingers and couldn't figure out how to put it back together the way she did! Additionally, I know my images suck. Give me a break. I use an old Sony Cybershot.
